Great video. Would love to see more high risk high reward activities added. Wildy slayer cave was a good start but the whole wildy slayer needs buffing substantially. It's just not worth doing
There should be a way to train every skill in wildy imo. Always makes it more interesting. And yeah wilderness slayer as a whole is still lackluster. Hopefully they keep working on it
I quit runescape because 1/4 the pkers you do find are AHKER's and they NEVER get banned unless a streamer reports. =( love all the content creators videos and still watch though.
I’ve been doing a bit of Callisto and Scorpia recently, if I get attacked by a pker I try to escape but if I die, I give them a polite ‘Gf’ and try again. I like to think I’m helping keep the Wildy alive 💪🏻 even though I’m a pvmer I want the Wildy to thrive cause it’s better for the game

Just one thing however: when it comes to activities like the chaos altar, could you mention the significance of the 3rd party plugins used? I know the overwhelming majority will have access to them, but the fact remains that those xp rates are not realistically possible on official game clients so it would just add a layer of transparency.

Go to GPU, and look for the "UI Scaling Mode" option (should be the fourth one down). The one that makes it smooth like his is "xBR", and you can mess around with the other ones if you want. It becomes more apparent with more scaling. He's playing with a big window and using the "stretched mode plugin" which makes the scaling apparent. tl:dr make runelite window big, turn on stretched mode and set desired percentage, then go to GPU and set the UI Scaling mode to xBR

hell yeah man, I love the wildy. I think you kind of overlooked the smaller emblems, the 2m one has over 100k margin on it so you could risk way less and make way more by trading them in. Nice video tho

Dunno if you read your comments but as a deep wild, singles and multi pker, I love your channel and these videos. You’re teaching pvmers that they don’t have to be defenseless whales in the wild that cry on reddit after they die to a pker and vote no on updates. They say pkers are a toxic community (which the majority of us are) but the amount of times I’ve been hard flamed by a boner at altar, someone doing a clue scroll or a pvmer killing a boss is comical. I don’t know how much GP you’re risking. In fact being outsmarted by pvmers or non-pkers is one of the things I can respect about someone the most in the wild. After a month of playing when 9 year old me first started playing RS in 06 , I ventured out into the wild for my first time in my iron armor. Found myself at GDZ in the middle of a huge F2P main clan war and I looted a full inventory of rune and green d’hide. I literally x1000 my bank in 5 minutes compared to the whole month that I had played. Right before I was about to get out a pure killed me. Been in love with the wild and pking ever since.
My take away. Wildly: fast xp lots'o gp DANGEROUS Something about level 11? You need 99str. Oh there's an altar with freezes? Nice production skill on the video. Great voice, sage like veteran sounds. So back to bank standing.

I'd argue that PK areas are very niche inside MMOs in general to begin with, because much like with rogue-likes in terms of human psychology, people don't like losing progress in a video game. This rings true especially in MMOs where items are a big part of progression. It's also one of the reasons why New World failed alongside all the bugs & crappy game design. The target audience for such a game is a passionate minority within the MMO space itself.
RuneScape is one of the games I wanna play most and also can but I can only play the mobile version which is fun but feels limited when it comes to switching tabs and logging and swapping worlds. Not to mention prayer which after 4-5 years of knowing the game and watching osrs content I recently learned what it did. My first attempt of dragon slayer I forgot the shield. I play f2p. Running into pkers in the wilderness is just death because idekw. Don’t know nothing about teleports, spells, even food honestly. I know lobsters. I only know how to get stuff through the grand exchange and I’m just overall a shitter at the game just doing money making methods in f2p which is supposedly miles worse than p2p and dragon slayer 1 is impossible. Still one of my favorite games to watch. Bit sad I’m ass at it though
It's half the cost of POH and better xp per hour if you're using noted bones. So you're saving 2m gp per hour at the same xp rate or higher depending on the activity in wildy. Being able to make 2m+ an hour would only have an effect if noted bones in wildy was half the xp rate of POH gilded altar, since at POH you're using 4.2m GP worth of bones every hour. If you meant suicide running bones then yeah you may be right

How do you make your UI look so non pixelated on osrs? Would love to know to the runelite settings or plugins for it :)

Black dragons in the wilderness slayer caves have a 1/5000, the highest chance of any dragon (tied with kbd).
