    These are all so beautiful. I'd like to mail out some Christmas cards but I live in the North and I'm concerned they'd get wet in their envelopes from all the snow and would end up ruined.

      Thank you so much! I totally get that-I like to actually drop the envelopes off at the post office to help prevent some of the time they're outside. The good news is that theoretically they should go right in the mailbox, so they might end up being ok even if the weather isn't great

      I live in New England and to try to deal with the rain and snow I use a MicroGlaze on the watercolor portion of my envelopes. I use JudyKin’s MicroGlaze, but Tim Horton has a MicroGlaze product. There are others too, that are probably more professional. I had the JudyKin brand and I figured that for envelopes that I didn’t need the more expensive version and what I had would work fine. So far none of the recipients have said that the watercolor portion has been damaged. Hope this helps.
