Tool is about getting to that release point. There is a moment in most of their songs where the chaos culminates to a point and finds the perfect blend of drums, guitar, bass and vocals. Its the release.
Incredible hard working artists. Just fucking disciplined and passionate. They worked 4 days a week, 6 hours a day, for 2 years. Are you fucking kidding me? Who does that? I am not surprised that they got a 'Grammy' for "7empest". It's called discipline. The cream always rises to the top! For the love of music.

I am a music junkie, Italian American and I honestly have thought from the first time I heard them play they are the best band I’ve ever heard. Over the next 30 years They’ve proven me right! This album is a masterpiece prepared by level purple musicians (all of them) with 30+ years experience. I believe that he wrote this song in comparison to his career or their career as a band similar to spartan like the movie 300. Their lyrics have always been so deep and their production so pristine and their focus and intensity second to none. Thanks for covering so well. Watch the live drum camera version of Pneuma! This and pneuma are my fave off this album even though Tempest may be musically the best. Schism and 46&2 are probably my most enjoyed on the other albums but it does change because our mood changes. You know so many dumbfounded dipshits were ready and waiting to jump on and crap all over this album… literally, I sat and soaked it in all at once, it’s sonically one of the best sounding balanced perfect albums I’ve ever heard for one.. now the fact that it’s Tool and we waited 13yrs, I loved every bit of it.. this album and the songs all felt like a opera of sorts, with movements between songs but also within them… they are something special, that’s just the most simple honest way to put it with them.. huge fan since 94-95, seen them 9 times now.. cherish every bit of time I can enjoy their art, and pumped I was around and here to experience them in amazing ways 🤘🤘🔥🔥

Spero di averti dato un buon consiglio con questo pezzo. Non so se ti è piaciuto davvero, ma devi ammettere che per un gruppetto di sessantenni è davvero notevole. Credo che un pezzo come questo possa rivelarsi monumentale anche per chi non ha l'orecchio allenato alle loro stranezze. Diciamo che sono tanti i loro brani a questo livello ma credo che la maggior parte si capiscano dopo tanti ascolti e almeno qualche mese di assuefazione. Ho sempre avuto l'impressione (perché io sono assuefatto da un po' quindi non posso esserne certo) che Invincible possa arrivare in maniera un po' più istantanea. Curiosità: quel suono strano di sintetizzatore a metà canzone non è un tastierista: è Danny Carey che lo fa con la batteria.
