Can someone tell me what they think of this strategie I used.(i had a specific seed(PKSWY) and the first two cheats activated) and used Ollin (srry if i remembered the name wrong, and i am also srry if my comment is hard to read, i write a lot without a clear structure) So if you get your cooldown lower than 50% you unlock Ollin who has 20% colldown reduction (80%) from the start and when you go to blackmarket and spend your coins there so that you start with 10% less cooldown, he starts with 72% cooldown, he shoots every few seconds a cactus(?) that does 2x damage (4x damage if crit), that cactus explodes on contact with enemies and releases arrows in all directions, sadly his attack speed is 0,8/s (i got almost everything in the blackmarket at max, except for the last two) but you can get his cooldown down to 7,3% (the lowest i got my cooldown in a run with cheats), i got the object that deals 25% damage to enemies around you every 0.5 seconds (because of my cooldown it dealt damage to enemies every 0.05 seconds) and my area of effect is 390%, i also got the object that fires projectiles every 6 seconds while standing (because of my cooldown it fires every 0.6 seconds).
