The Indonesian HONDA CBR 150R is the fans’ favorite offering from Bangladesh Honda Private Limited. The MotoGP edition comes with the official MotoGP liveries. Engine and Transmission: HONDA CBR 150R possesses a 149.16 cc, 4 Valve, single cylinder, 4 stroke liquid cooled DOHC engine with PGM-FI fuel supply system. This engine can produce up to 16.7 BHP of power at 9000 RPM and 14.4 Nm of peak torque at 7000 RPM. The engine starts with an electric starter and the transmission is a 6-speed manual one with wet multiplate clutch.
Brakes, Suspensions, and Wheels: The suspension system of this bike is fully adjustable and has a set of dual telescopic suspensions up front and a ProLink Mono-Shock attached swing arm at the rear. The CBR 150R MotoGP edition comes with petal discs at both the front and the rear wheels as well as Dual Channel ABS for braking. The 17” alloy wheels are nice with 5*2spokes style. The front wheel is wrapped in 100/80-17 M/C 52P tire at the front and 130/70-17 M/C 62P rubber at the rear. Both of them are tubeless tires.

I thought no one in BD does "shim" job. This thing is such a headache to perfect. And that man truly knows a lot.
It’s not that much headache, you just need to be use a micrometer tool to measure the accuracy (not vernier) and some basic calculations to make it perfect, It shouldn’t took more than 30 minutes. I did that shim adjustment with my duke 125 4 years ago.
To be able to make it zero error there is one more things to consider, which is piston to valve distance. Honestly say no one in commercial garage have that proper technical knowledge, all they have is practical knowledge. You could ask someone that, how the modern ECU controlled motorcycles/engines calculate the fuel needed for each combustion, no one on that garage can answer this properly.
