    VINY B!!! This build is going to be a fun journey. Almost at 50K subs! And people need to appreciate the level of complexity this fella tackles in his garage. Not a huge shop. A garage. Impressive.

    Viny B
    I love your stuff. Greetings from Missouri.
    As a 57 year old heavy equipment mechanic, finding an engineer with common sense...and dirt under his fingernails is like finding a five leaf clover! I'm much more accustomed to the engineers who place a red hot turbo charger right next to the radiator. Or the engineers who mount all of the filter bases upside down, so that all of the contents of the filters dump out as soon as the filter cartridge is loosened. I look forward to your videos.
    PS
    You've got me thinking about building a heavy version of your airbag trailer.
    Cheers!

      Hey I have nerver been called a 5 clover leaves 😅 Glad you appreciate my content! I also do a lot of mistakes like the exemples you listed...I just work my ass off till it works and is bullet proof!

    Just got a chance to watch this today! Awesome build eh!
    Can't wait to see part 2 and 3. Here in NH it was -15°F, and -47°F at the top of Mt. Washington. -45°F or C is insane!

    Thanks for the laughs. 😸 I always enjoy your content, and the fact that you don't mind showing your mistakes and can laugh at yourself, along with your viewers. The project looks like it will be fun when you complete it. Of course you will be doing a lot of Rock, Paper, Scissors with your son, on who gets to use it next. I am guessing that you will have a weight for each of you to add to the counterbalance for quick switching. I am also curious if Mrs. B is going to try it as well.
    Are you still planning to have a spinning harness so it does somersaults, or has that been replaced with a basket like enclosure?

    • @VinyB57
      @VinyB57  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey thanks for the comment, yes there s still a spinning basket in the plans...that s gonna be a lot to manage at the beginning...so maybe it will be locked during the first trials...and I don t think other people will use it then me....it stupidly high! 🤦‍♂️

    • @VinyB57

      No, cause I'm gonna build one (more like a van or Earthroamer)...but like in 4-5 years...so stay tuned! 😂...but for real..I'm building and buying all my bucket list things...like the Smart Busa, now that flying whatever-thing that is, next is the tractor with backhoe and finally the camper...and with this you have my next 5 years of projects! 😮

    @7:44 only using what's best for you safety.... MOMENTS after juggling the slicing ball of arterial openness what comes from the lathe.... use higher feedrate or a deeper cut, get that chip shorter m8.

    • @pco1984
      @pco1984 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@VinyB57 Ah that's fair. Have you tried a positive angle yet? Like a SDJCR holder with DCMT inserts with a small nose radius like 0.4mm or smaller (I don't know what size your lathe will take regarding the thickness of the holder.. gotta figure that out, but try to get the biggest it'll fit, for stability). Also, it may seem redundant, but buying from a "brand" is better usually regarding the inserts... Mitsubishi or Kyocera have great tools/inserts, I'd start there. If you're looking for a general, all purpose coating try the VP15TF (Mitsubishi).

    • @VinyB57

      @@pco1984 sir...your are speaking a language that I had to googled! 😅I do have a SDJCR holder, but with cheesy chinesium inserts, so I don't use it that ofthen, only when needed. I'll try to find good-ish inserts and instead run that type of inserts next time, thanks for the info!
