Yo!! I busted my spine to pieces a few years back! I started small... walking, stretching, and doing small exercises. Been at it since Jan 2017, and started hitting the gym last Oct 1st. Weight training 5 days a week, running on the treadmill as well, and 'm down to 185lbs now. Like someone else mentioned in this thread... *exercise hard, dont give up, and eat good food.*

They don't realize the villainous role that he adopted was an act to reel in large crowds and public awareness. Because of his mindfulness and strategy, he and his family will be living comfortably for the remainder of their lives, paying no care at all about those who hate him.
You must be new to the ufc. Conor has changed MMA. Everyone wants to be him. Literally almost all the fighters have adopted some sort of personality they feel will draw in a crowd. Money corrupts sure, but anyone who rises from poverty to riches would surely bite the dirty repercussion of excess wealth.
Because money is nothing for a single person, we all just want it because others only really respect u as a good human being and a good person with a strong mindset if you are successful and make that money, if u dont make those amounts of money you're not "successful" and you're doing something "wrong" sad world but it will never change.
