Featured Creature: The Coyote

Join UF/IFAS Natural Resources Extension Agent, Lara Milligan as she discusses a resident species to Pinellas County, the coyote. Lara will explore the life history of the coyote as well as its ability to adapt and survive in urban environments. If you have seen a coyote in Pinellas County, you are not alone. Lara Milligan is the Natural Resources Agent for UF/IFAS Extension Pinellas County. Her work focuses on wildlife, water, and general environmental education, working with all ages. Lara earned her Bachelors degree in Natural Resource Conservation and a Masters of Forest Resources and Conservation from the University of Florida. During her Masters, Lara also received a Certificate in Environmental Education and Communication, and shortly after starting her Extension career completed the Natural Resources Leadership Institute.
