Aha, really great geography visuals here! Useful not just for Hebrew but for understanding the Biblical text at all. And I loved how you introduced those verbs, so vivid! Naomi is becoming a great TH-cam actress already 😊

This is an incredible lesson! I have never seen the tribal allotments on a map, and although I found the vocabulary really tricky at first, it soon slotted into place with all the repetition. Then to hear our new vocabulary in a Psalm sung by Avram was amazing - thank you! Of course, Naomi's appearance topped it all - what a sweetie...

Love this lesson. I remember struggling with the various tribal alotments , their borders, and the words for casting lots when we translated Joshua into an African language- I wish I had had this video to play at that time.

My dad (I'm a pk) used to say Hebrew and Greek are picture languages. I get it now. 😁 The timing of Naomi's little laugh kills me 😂 For Psalm 136 at the end, I will admit it is hard for me to hear words of sang in music in English, let alone Hebrew. I had to stop and start. Yeah. Practice.
