The hole puncher does not punch perfect circles (0:12 - 0:30) since the aluminum tube forged from the soda can is not a perfect cylinder. (4:07)
The folded piece shown in 2:06 is not required because the spring added at 4:25 already assist the hole punching device to spring back after hole punching a paper.
The usage of cardboard and art tape is the equivalent of using unenchanted wooden tools in Minecraft for a device as technologically advance as the hole puncher.
This attempt is an adorable attempt to recreate one of the most significant tools for the paper organization, and you've made a despicable mockery of it.

That's a brilliant idea. I was wondering, what to do, if I can't find a hole puncher with small enough hole diameter for my project. Now I'm confident I can make it myself, if needed. Though I'll have to practice on a thinner cardboard first, because I'm still clumsy with craft, but still!

I don't think this is real🤔. Because,
No 1) if u look at the circle made of plastic, it isn't in the shape of a circle and it doesn't have a sharp edge.
No 2) If u look at the first portion of this video , when it is cutting, the paper is put inside to the home-made punch the video has stopped and played it soon.
