@Balak rishi Astrology is so vast, there are a lot of other planets which can influence your birth chart, as per your details your Venus is retrograde so it can give reverse effects on birth chart and you didn't mention what is your ascendant(mercury is lord of Gemini and Virgo), for some ascendants venus turns malefic and if its malefic and exalted it will not give good results.
