  • The Ruby Necklace, also known as String of Rubies, is a striking trailing succulent with thin, vibrant purple stems and fleshy, bean-shaped leaves that can turn a deep ruby color when exposed to plenty of sunlight. This plant is particularly popular for hanging baskets or as a cascading element in container gardens. On the other hand, Sedum is a broad genus of succulents with over 400 species, known for their resilience and diversity. Sedums range in color, size, and texture, from small, compact ground covers like Sedum spurium to larger varieties like Sedum ‘Autumn Joy’, which produces beautiful flower clusters. Both the Ruby Necklace and Sedums are low-maintenance plants, thriving in bright light and well-draining soil, making them ideal for both indoor and outdoor succulent collections.
In this video, I'll show you how to propagate them from cuttings.
