Ive got a Tallboy 3 and a Tallboy 4. Love them both. To be same model they are very different. TB3 is built like an XC bike. Size XL and weighs just over 25lbs. TB4 is a true trail bike. Weighs 31lbs and is running bomb proof wheels. Have to say that I spend considerable more time keeping the TB4 running smoothly and 95% of that is dealing with Lower link issues. Already cracked 2 pivot axles on TB4 (which SC replaces for free but still keeps me off trail).
Best remove completely & clean / grease bearings rather than use the grease nipple. If you use the nipple the grease just takes the easiest path - between the bolt & the inside surface of the bearing case rather than through the bearing case.
