"Fast and violent" is a great philosophy to have as a D coordinator. His defense is getting there. Great coach and a special recruiter!

Coach Lupoi is a TRUE student of the game. Ask this guy what time it is and he'll teach you how to build a clock! This is a very intense, professional, YOUNG group of coaches!
    Go Ducks!

Dan Lanning and Tosh Lupoi deserve a blank check- ten year contract with the Oregon Ducks. Guarantee we would get a national championship within the decade.

Duck fans said the same thing about Bellotti, and Kelly and etc etc etc. Yet you still never win anything. Overrated program that's only known for playing dress up and only relevant because of Daddy Knights money.

"Attack and dominate my box for 6 seconds of Hell. Own my job, whatever it may be." That sure sounds like Seals training. I never heard Coach talk, but it sure sounds like a winner.

Oregon Ducks Lifer here, I really hope these three coaches, Lanning, Lupoi and Stein can stay together and build this program above and beyond what Coach Kelly did.

I just hope at least 1 or 2 out of those 3 stick around for a few years or more. Head coaches and assistant coaches don't seem to stick around long at Oregon even when they have successful seasons; hopefully they'll be here for the medium to long term

Maaaaaan it warms my heart to see TLup who was my mentor when I was in jr high school is at right now. This man was a D1 College football player at Cal, dealing with injuries at times, had class, homework, his own life, and he was still willing and able to be a big brother to me that showed me soooo much that I’ll never forget. He taught me things that I still to this day as a 30 yr old man stand by. He left such a biiiiiiig mark on me and even still to this day he’ll talk to me from time to time. My big bro is one of the MOST underrated coaches in football. Amazing coach but an even better man. So mad I’m just seeing this interview.

Boy, he brought some talent in to Cal in the 2000s. Then UW and now UO. And since he came to Oregon his interviews have been impressive, and the defense is coming together.

You absolutely have to respect Tosh's work ethic. Things certainly look promising for his side of the ball (particularly on the defensive line) moving forward. 👍🦆

Have to admit, my feelings for Tosh last year, took on a more 'wait and see' approach since I didn't trust his chops & he often wouldn't be dressed in team colors or very minuscule at best.. was hard to trust that his deep down allegiance wasn't still with UW/CAL.... My, how the turn tables! Now, I'm more than convinced Coach Lupoi is THE GUY - Grateful to have him on our sidelines & wearing the school colors looks GREAT on this outstanding D-Coordinator! GO GET THAT CHAMPIONSHIP, COACH!!!
