    Hi -- You have explained the user side -- what if you want multiple input platforms to draw customers from different area's of bussiness ie -- a separate account for M/Benz / Toyota and Bmw -- so you maintain your customers separately

      You can have multiple Workspaces on respond.io to handle separate accounts where you can manage your customers separately. However, each Workspace will need its own WhatsApp API account.
      Meaning if you have 3 brands (eg: Benz, Toyota, BMW), you'll need 3 different WhatsApp API accounts for each brand.
      You can only connect 1 WhatsApp API account to 1 Workspace but you can manage all your accounts on one platform when you use respond.io. Hope this helps! 😃

    How many cusstomers can we have on the WA business data base, and can we import them via csv? Also at how many customers can I send a promo message at the same time?

    Hola, tengo una duda. Si agrego a varios usuarios, todos tienen acceso al panel de control? hay alguna manera de que los mensajes que vayan entrando se vayan asignando automáticamente o debe haber alguien siempre detrás gestionando la asignación de los mensajes a cada usuario para ser contestados? -gracias!

    And secondly is there any automatic routing algorithm with the help of which customers are automatically assigned to agents on the basis which agents have less number of customers assigned.

      1. There's an option for agents to mark themselves as Online & Busy. Offline is automatic when agents are not on the platform.

    It's nice way to use WhatsApp API for business. But there is some other question about multiple user. May I know there is any feature available for auto chat transfer to other agent if did not reply within 1min

      Officially you cannot use two WhatsApp Business App in one phone. However, if you have a smartphone with dual sim card and 'Dual Apps' or 'Dual Mode' feature, then it's possible.

    Why would I create a business app if I’m only allowed no more than 200 members? Am I missing something?
