I think that tonic recognition is the place to start (ie. major scale recognition of chords) then recognize a variety of diatonic cadences (triads then inversions). Next step would be 4 part chords (no inversions) in context (cadences) diatonic but with occasional chromatic passing chords and tritone subs. Then, secondary dominants. Then common harmonics devices (backdoor ii V etc) I love this channel!❤️🇨🇦
