How to use:
This is a live in Retail Store. Place the lot. Place your Sims on a different lot, starter or residential lot. Have your sim purchase the retail store. Travel to the store. You can live there and run the store without having to leave. (Reminder: Lock your house doors to keep the customers out 😊)

I got this one last Christmas build. If you watched my last video you may have noticed a toy store in the beggining of the video, this is the store. It's a live-in Toy Store! There's a second floor 2 bedroom apartment above the little holiday toy store. Merry Christmas Everyone!

Thank you Sally. Yes an official lot type would be so nice. You know there is a way to use this thou right? I put a short how to in the description if you don't. Not the best option (them fixing would be best) but it works. Happy Holidays!
