I had to because my depression and anxiety almost cost me my life,my family and just everything. I had enough and broke down and asked for help. BEST DECISION. I go every 6 months to make sure my meds are still working at the right dosage and I have access to therapy if I need it. Don't get me wrong I have some down days BUT I can now handle them.

I quit over my own spiritual beliefs . I had more issues mentally and physically paranormal wise. It's how it effects you personally. I'm a empath which makes things worse . The dead are attracted to me follow me home cause issues . They don't do this Angelo or Jasko so they continue . I left thought personally mainly for spiritual beliefs
