Thank you for the information, i actually did this a few times without knowing what it was called, like some days when I feel that businesses isnt working out or I have certain down moments, i thank the Universe and apologize to the Universe because things have gotten better as time passes and i forget to be grateful. Then in the moment I ask the Universe for forgiveness and end up feeling better.
