Paragliding Memories: Mt Borah - A Low Save

Light and variable wind, stable conditions.
Getting ready to land, I stumbled into an
unexpected thermal ... resulting in this low save.

Great low save! I've heard of some other australian stories of incredible low saves.

Thanks Mark B. Mt.Borah is renown for low saves (I have had a few there myself). Regardless where you fly, it's very satisfying when you get a chance to get back up and being able to work that thermal.

Thanks Paul. A strong inversion stopped me from getting above 1600m asl (~5200ft asl) that day.
