I was surprised when I first saw this film with this twist, and when I still watch, I still question how he was able to touch things and why he seems so real
The fact that he doesn't wear a helmet when he rides his bike post death but before the accident he was.. obviously indicating he was dead, but him doing that fancy footwork on the street somewhere in the beginning he was avoiding people because he would pass through them. I like this movie but hate the ending, they both deserve to be with each other😭😭
The fact that twist was so simple but still moving was what was surprising really. George Michael cover in the end did it for me and the Onion Ninjas hit me a little. So, the benches she was at were dedicated by the dead that she sometimes saw.
I was surprised with the twist and even to this day whenever I watch the movie unthinking how is it possible that she was able to touch him and that he was able to help her decorate a Christmas tree… etc it does kind of explain why he disappeared for days on end a few times
i was really moved watching this movie because I known the feeling of missing someone you truly belong, you need that person to survive somehow because when you be with that special person you feel like you on top of the world, is so aching to see she went crazy and anxious not being able to see him and finally learned the truth. But yeah the guy is also inside and within so lovely, i love the movie very much and emilia clarke was so beautiful and great actress.
A very special gift for a Xmas film a fantastic watch and the music brilliant well done to the actors and the production team thanks for a great peice of cinema
Something that I don't understand is that they say that he died last Christmas, which would be 2018. However, the bench where Kate was sitting said that he died in 2016.

It takes place in 2017
The Film was released one year later I think, it was released even mid year I think to fill gaps in the release calendar.
