Tua will be the starting qb because during game time he's able to work through progressions and read defenses. Example the rpo early in the game he watched the lb bite on the run, took the ball back and threw a perfect slant to Judy. Also hurts is indecisive and if he doesn't see his first man he'll run, making him predictable. I'm pretty sure Tua has the starting job.
