to those asking how to download the animal crossing game:
make sure you are signed into a nintendo account (that no longer has had the game previously) all you need to do is open the eshop and it should be the first thing it prompts you with.
if that is not the case, try checking your account on the shop and click downloads
They should’ve brought the design around to the front so we could see it while gaming lol
Yeah I didnt like the single brown leaf on the front, I actually put a better sticker there lol cause front its too plain.

I got this since I didn’t want to pay another 50 dollars for animal crossing so I just got this. The design isn’t much, but it plays pretty well and saves your money I guess

I have the regular switch animal crossing edition but if i knew this would exist i wouldn’t have gotten that one 😭 ITS SO CUTE

they only released this in the coral and turquoise color, but at least turquoise is still nice!

I was going to get this, but I have the coral switch already. I have been trying to find the turquoise one Timmy and Tommy edition, but I also think the designs are lame. They really could have done a lot more than just the leaf print.

I didn't even realize they made a new animal crossing special edition. I still got that one that came out for the launch of the game. I didn't need it, but the intrusive thoughts won and I shilled the $300 for a second Switch because of Tom Nook on the Dock lol. PLUS the mint Joy-Cons are so good! I financially did recover in the end!!
oh yes i definitely had to get my hands on that switch too! that’s the best (in my opinion) switch they’ve ever made, the colors are just so beautiful on that console 😍
@oh.honeyy I love it! I think my favorite, tho is the new Zelda one. I wish I could justify getting it, but I already have 3 switches lmaooo. If I can find the dock and Joy-Cons for cheap, I might have to grasp. Oh, and that Smash Bros one also goes dummy hard.

I already have a switch OLED (I upgraded from my launch day switch this last Christmas) so I won't be getting a switch lite, but I can't help but be a little jealous of how cute the colors and stuff are D:
I do wish they would add a bit more to this model though, but it's cool that it automatically comes with ACNH

So this is just the Coral Switch Lite with a design added on the back (the part you don't see)? What a blatant cash grab from Nintendo! lol Not surprised, tbh

And it comes with the Horizons game. It sucks it isnt pre installed though.
Ita good for people who dont have a Switch to get into it, I wouldnt call it a cash grab. I personally always wait for console versions with limited designs before committing to purchase one since its the same full price as the first releases but with a unique design and additional games.

Yeah but as someone else said it does comes with the ACNH game but for some reason I bought mine 2 months ago and it had the card box in the Nintendo lite box so I just needed to put the card game in the slot and I could play so I didn’t need to download it..

When you installed animal crossing did the pop up show a download code. I want to give to friend but i think ill have them sign into my switch when i get it.
no, the game automatically downloads onto the system as soon as you sign into a nintendo account and open the eshop for the first time!

You can definitely pass it over though, sign in with the account you want it to go then download to the System and then transfer that download to an SD card. I bought my Switch, forgot how cheap and low Memory Spaces are into build in electronics systems so after I had downloaded and set up everything, I installed a micro card and transfered the game over to it

Yeah which is why I'm not getting it, because I have the plain coral one. Cant justify the $200 price tag for it. Although I do want the turquoise one.

System settings then
Users and tap your user
Go down to Nintendo eshop settings
Then go all the way down to bundle with console

if you’d see the video, you would have seen that i mentioned how i ordered a screen protector but it was arriving late. and yes i did get a skin because i love skins, regardless if the switch has a special design. it’s my preference. :)

It's only free if you purchase the animal crossing switch lite if not then it is $60.
Do these special editions tend to be more expensive??
Surprisingly on the Nintendo webshop they're all the same price! So far only for the Lite ones though. The OLED special edition are a tad more expensive
