Hawthorne (NJ) Muchachos were doing that over 50 years ago... They just duplicated everything, right down to the solo's...
The Inspires are "Inspired" by the Muchachos and Caballeros. Many Inspires have marched with the Caballeros over the years and the corps have a great relationship. It's not duplication it's celebrating and honoring great drum corps

The drill seems weak to me for 2019. It looks like a drill the Caballero's Alumni would do.
