0:00 - 0:29: A baby eagle incubates from egg alongside with other baby eagles. But he suffers illness due to the weakness. And the mother eagle confirms that he is not able to fly as HIGHER as other eagles after his recovery.
0:29 - 0:43: The mother starts to teach other eagles how to fly HIGHER except teaching him which extremely upsets him.
0:43 - 0:59: This young eagle decides to learn how to fly HIGHER by himself and aims to fly HIGHER than any other eagle in the world.
0:59 - 1:29: He starts his own journey of flying HIGHER alone. He fails the first time by crashing on the ground, he fails the second time by hitting on the rock, he fails the third time by falling into the swamp, he fails the fourth time by drowning in the river, he fails the fifth time by pumping on the breaches, he fails the sixth time by smashing on the sand, he fails the seventh time by blowing away by the wind, he fails the eighth time by clashing with his own kinds who try to make fun of him.
1:29 - 1:43: His brothers laugh at him, his sisters tease at him, his fellows bully him, even his mother looks down him by asking him stop trying to fly and look after nest.
1:43 - 1:58: The weak eagle left in nest with full of disappointment and sadness. Tears come out no one cares apart from ignoring him.
1:58 - 2:13: He looks his brothers, sisters, fellows fly HIGHER every day with happiness & joy and thinks he will never fly HIGHER like they do.
2:13 -2:29: One day he is waken by a series noise of shotgun, and sees a beautiful girl eagle is getting hunted by a hunter with injury. He suddenly fall in love by her gorgeous looking and decides to save her with his life.
2:29 - 2:43: Somehow the strength and determination makes him to open his wings once again to fly HIGHER to reach his love with full energy. And he makes it happen. He ignores the danger of failure and danger by flying HIGHER and HIGHER and reaches the beautiful girl eagle.
2:43 - 2:58: He uses his paws to drag his love who is falling down after injury and start to take her out of the hunter's shooting range.
2:58 - 3:12: He drags his lover flies HIGHER and HIGHER, 500 meters high, 1000 meters high, 2000 meters high, 3000 meters high, 5000 meters high,,,,,,,,, and finally successfully fly out of the hazard range.
3:12 - 3:33: The beautiful girl eagle wakes up later and realize she has been saved by this weak eagle who is not weak anymore. They look at each other by the spark of love and flying HIGHER other to the world of love which belong to them!
My feeling of this track, I guess this is why it's called ''HIGHER''. :)

I knew this song when I was a student. After graduating, I broke up with my friends and felt sad. But I was encouraged to hear this song and other Tobu songs many times. I also love Tobu's other songs. These songs are the best. I will continue to listen to it many times.
