Extend the hall bath out further to hallway. Separate the shower/toilet from TWO sinks with a wall/door. That way more people can shave/do makeup at one time, while third person can shower. Efficiency. Very nicely done for 6 people in that square footage! LOVE the large stove and multipurposed bar/island/serving counter! Room sized sectional sofa - perfect utility and function! Windows are important for liveability in a house in this size range, and they are in just the right places.
A family of minimalists might find this house quite adequate. Not a whole lot of storage or living room space, but otherwise a workable house. This is a more practical plan than some others I've seen.

Pretty sure this is not the house my wife will build us to live in Thailand when we retire. It did give us many ideas and got a real discussion started on what we want.
Pretty good design. Weird how everyone has a huge amount of clothes and no personal stuff. Guess these kids only change their many outfits , and never play with toys. The poor parents of 3 kids during covid19. Lmao. But pretty good.
No sir. It's a center to center(of the wall) measurements. Just can't do the exact pointing because the measuring tool of the app only detects points in connections.🙂

The exterior architectural design is impressive, however if downsizing is for economical reasons the cost of building those features is prohibitive.

That flat roof is for areas with very low precipitation.
People might consider having a flat roof to lessen the cost of the building. Also, flat roof is sloped around up to 5° for water flow.🙂
