Dear Direction cntrl valve mai mostly do major case leakage ho hote hn
1. Due to o ring:- So replace the old oring
2. Due to spool:- in this case need to replace spool cartridge

Mera 1 problem hai pls solve Karo
Mere plant me hydraulic power pack hai isme ek issue aa raha hai hum isme 1600 pressure set kiye hai or use chalu karne ke bad 1600 pressure aa bhi jata hai but kuch time ke bad pressure dhire dhire Kam hone lagta hai or 900 PR aake ruk jata hai . Problem kya hai pls bataye..
Dear kch dere sahi pressure banane ke baad drop hota hn iske bht se reasons ho sakte hn:-
1. Heat exchanger sahi kaam nhi kr rha hn jiske karna oil garam hone ke karan pressure drop hota hn.
2. Homing condition me bhi agar loading valve ye DCV pr supply hogi to bhi oil heat hoga.
