Hi! Lead Developer here, and it's great to have you making a video on us. I remember the team joking about the day you would as long as 2 - 3 years ago.
We've made substantial improvements to the interface since the demo which I hope you'll enjoy, and I hope you find plenty to like in the final product as well. It's a labor of love, and I'm glad you could see that from the time you played.
Feels weird that it will finally come out next month after so long.

I really like the "features" part of the introduction, laying out possible challenges and opportunities for the nation you're playing as. Keeps you from being super lost if you don't know the meta already. And it shows how detailed the mod is planned, as I assume each nation will eventually get a similar blurb.

No other mod has ever made my head hurt THAT BAD.
The one thing I don’t like about it is the ui coloring, it’s really hard on the eyes after awhile.
If the mod comes out next week, I'd definitely love a play through with a couple episodes that are a lil longer.

No the big conflict of the mod is the great Asia war between Japan, China, and their respective allies. This conflict takes place in the 70s and thus will not arrive in the first release of the mod.

New Order Don't Surf is just another alpha test for the mod, its not out yet and this is a barely completed demo that just allows you to play a couple things.
The reason why Italy has more land, its because of the atlantropa project, to create more land in the Mediterranean, to eventually drain it!

I love this mod. Its brutal, its funny and it's highly detailed. By far the funniest thing I find about this mod is that in Hitler's description he was named Man of the Year by Times Magazine 1939, 40 and 41.

I highly recommend you check out the mod Rise of Nations. It is attempting to allow the player to play anywhere from 1900-2030. As of right now, there are about 9 starting points, all in ww2. The next era will be ww1 and before. Then Cold War, then modern day. It’s ok steam right now
