Your water wheel projects gave me an idea for a perpetual driven wheel using just the water itself to drive a garden fountain while using just water and the wheel itself as a pump. Calculating the amount of height these pumps can move water is difficult and involves knowing the diameter, depth of immersion into the source water, number of rows around the wheel, materials used to build it , etc.. How high above the does yours pump?
