i love this! i've started taking baths every 2 or 3 evenings and i've come to realize it's SO important for my mental health! i'll journal or read or listen to a podcast or meditate, and i have my salt lamp on with my candle, i bring some of my plants into my bathroom 😂 along with my pretty bath towel. i enjoy the ritual of setting up for the bath as well, it's all part of it 😌🫶🏼
