I use quickbooks to keep track of everything. It also tells estimation how much you will owe then at the end of year Iit tells you exactly how much I’m going to owe. Then I just print out the summary and take it to H&R Block.
And every single time it’s been right on the money. One time it was off a little bit and we went back through it and she put in the wrong number so I would suggest QuickBooks.
No worries on taxes this year. I only started driving and seeing revenue back in mid July. Whatever excess revenue I have at the end of the year will go towards reimbursing myself for the parts that I had to put into the truck to get it running and legal. If I have anything left over after that then I will pay a lump sum to what is owed on the truck.

I use a trucking software, then I input it into turbo tax, as long as you keep up with tax laws that apply to you, turbo tax is fine.

all I will say is it is up to you which you show to the accountant, bank statements or receipts. Do what you believe is the right thing
