    Excellent explain..
Why qualified no after put all wheel radius value and you use skip option?

Excellent presentation. Is the spacer thickness between the 1A1 wheel and the 1V1 wheel, dependent on the diameter/radius of the tools to be ground? Or are there other factors? Perhaps it should emphasized that any dirt on the faces of the spacers/arbor is multiplied by the factor of the radial distance of wheel face radius - minus the spacer/arbor, radius. For example, for the 150mm diameter wheel could have up to a 0.3mm run-out at the wheel face, if the spacer/arbor has 0.1 thickness of gunk at 50mm diameter.

      Hi Morris,
Thank you so much for your thorough comment!
Yes, the spacer thickness can be dependent on the tool diameter and the various other factors such as the helix angle, wheel clearance etc. The most common practice is to select a thickness so that the wheel pack can be used for a range of tool diameters. We also agree with your comment on the cleanliness of the spacer thickness.
