Dispatcher #9 | Filter Rules in AEM Dispatcher

Dispatcher filter used to access or block request to aem publish. Dispatcher filter rules are used to filter request based on pattern in filter rules. You must deny all request as first rule and then enable required access content one by one using each rule.

I Have few requests.
1> Please make a video on dispatcher module folder structure in AEMaaCS.|
2> Explain each file role with example in details like for rewrite make a separate video on standards used aem sites for rewrite explaining the role of flags with few example. similar video for other things like cache , filter, farm files.
3> Reason why I am asking is in our project virtualhost pattern * which means all servernames are allowd right but it should be like that for prod, may be I am missing something.
4>Please explain with respect to AEMaacs new dispatcher module, stress more on how caching achieved on browser,disaptcher and CDN from dispatcher files.
