I don't comment often but holy shit you might've just saved me! I got a Calico M100P brand new in the box since 1986. The firing pin snapped (probably a mixture of my fault and improper storage from the previous owner). I have order the parts and now I'm waiting. I'm aspiring gun smith and I can't believe I'm using what is essentially a video game to help me fix my gun. I'll post an update if it works up, for those interested. I looks simple enough. Plus this is the only resource I can find on how to install the pin and spring lmao wish me luck fellas!
Part of the magazine disassembly was shown wrong. It isnt possible to remove the lenses through the top ribbon. Also, according to the original manual, the bottom ribbon is supposed to be removed first.

Hey just wondering if you ever got you Calico working and if you ordered parts from Calico how long was the turn around time?
Had to watch it several times but I finally noticed the small pin holding the barrel attachments. Now I can finally clean my M-100S
