Now when I first started playing I really weren't understanding the mechanics & I literally put most of my training orbs into the brawler. A little down the line I realised how it works but the problem I have now is I collect very little soul orbs & now I'm constantly trying to swap them out with training orbs. On top of that most of the training orbs are in my brawler whereas the other 3 (especially gun) has very little. Is there anyway to rectify this or to collect more soul orbs & continue swapping em out. I'm also at chapter 5 in the story, so I'm sure I'm still quite early in the game but my other 3 techniques are lacking whereas my brawler is practically full (ironically it's the style I use least) I'm stuck, need some help.☹️
Hi, don't know if you've already figured it out, but yeah, once you hit 25 on style and you still have empty slots on the upgrade wheel the only way to upgrade the wheel is to use the grey orbs (your grey rank or level) which can be quite tedious at higher levels. But don't worry, in the end when you hit lvl 99 and 25 lvl for each style, you can do a breakthrough training beating all masters at komaki's place. Then you will roll back to 1 lvl and uncap all styles up to 50 lvl. This can be done only once, so basically you can farm 99+99 grey lvls and every style wheel twice in the game, the grind is not infinite. You also don't lose any grey orbs or something, they all add up to 99+99 lvl in the end, so don't worry about spending most orbs in one style early. After rolling back to level 1 you keep all the upgrades and the best thing is that you can level up fast again, like exp needed to go from lvl 1 to 2 is 1000 again, from 2 to 3 is something like 1100 and so on. Basically you can go into 100 man beatdown at lvl 1 and finish it in 3 minutes with lvl 9 and 9 grey orbs for upgrading. Also the best way to grind 100 man beatdown is the gunman style using Vortex gun with Repentance seal (just google it) + alot of virtue, which will give you 3000 attack (max damage cap for any weapon in Ishin) on a pistol with insane rate of fire. + For leveling up styles you can use colored daifukus from the shinto priest shop, but don't bother with grey daifukus, they are useless considering the exp you can get in 3 minutes in 100 man beatdown. Keep grinding and don't give up!

If it wasn't enough that you have to spend weeks playing the same goddamn chicken races in order to afford the endless number of EXPENSIVE equipment you need to craft, you're also forced to level up 4 combat styles (which takes forever), use a stupid fucking card system that's so BORING.....and also complete 2 giant completion lists of things that no sane person could ever enjoy. It just doesn't seem worth it. I mean, I will do it because I always platinum these games. But unlike all the previous titles in the series, I'm not having fun with this one. I think it was the trooper cards that finally killed my enjoyment. I DON'T want to use them, but the game forces me to use them because.....fuck me for buying this shit and playing it, right? We'll see :)
@@devilleon7 Your guides have been amazing! I haven't played Like a Dragon: Ishin yet since I'm playing other games but I have them saved in a playlist
@@Kagetora- thank you! I hope they'll help your journey
Thx
How do I get a white headband
Check out the two arms dealers. They are also dropped items.
has anyone beat the game and not get the 200 ryo?
Golden Gun after exploiting chicken race save scumming has broken the game even on Legend for me and I wouldn't have it any other way. 😂
All I see is for seals are sphere seals that are for attack only 2% .. That isn't a lot and it cost 4ryo to install one?! At 2% is this game kidding?!
Plus not to mention I'm almost half way through the game and still can't upgrade or make anything due to lack of material.. At that rate I'm going to finish the game with just 3new katanas and same arm guard. 😒 what ever.. Guess I'm missing a lot in this one yet I have played almost all Yakuza games..
Brawler through the arena was definitely the longest since brawlers the weakest style
The grind is fucking INSANE, this is much worse than FOTNS
I like Ishin but fuck me is it a grind fest. You barely get any money doing anything, and you’re stuck with shit equipment until you get enough money to upgrade your stuff.
This is quickly becoming my least favourite Yakuza game of all time.
Not only is the story rather underwhelming, but I'd say 90% of your playtime will be spent repeating soul-destroying grinding unlike any tedium you've ever experienced before. There's just no fucking end to it.
If it wasn't enough that you have to spend weeks playing the same goddamn chicken races in order to afford the endless number of EXPENSIVE equipment you
need to craft, you're also forced to level up 4 combat styles (which takes forever), use a stupid fucking card system that's so BORING.....and also complete
2 giant completion lists of things that no sane person could ever enjoy.
It just doesn't seem worth it. I mean, I will do it because I always platinum these games. But unlike all the previous titles in the series, I'm not having fun with this one.
I think it was the trooper cards that finally killed my enjoyment. I DON'T want to use them, but the game forces me to use them because.....fuck me for buying this
shit and playing it, right?
Please come back, underground grinding of Like a Dragon 7. All is forgiven!
Bad take.
@@Kagetora- Not at all.
Not a bad take at all and I wholeheartedly agree, this starting to pissed me off and stops me from enjoying the game, it's worse than 0 and Kiwami 1..…
@@Natsun195 It is a bad take.
@@Kagetora- Not at all a bad take
Am i really this early?🫶🏼🎉
Where is the shinto priest located?
Should be top left of the map assuming you're past chapter 4-ish
