Why Tina wasn't put in as a villainous Madam or an undercover CIA agent I don't know. She would have smashed it as she did in "Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome".

To me this is one of the best bond themes: it has that old school, orchestral feel of the old bond theme songs, but sounds simultaneously modern. Tina's voice is dripping with sensual soul that makes the song feel really mysterious and sexy, and she looks sensational in the video to boot. Actually, the video itself makes me feel nostalgic too, because I loved Goldeneye as a film and it really reminds me of the visuals of other films that came out in '95, like 'Batman Forever', another favourite of mine (yeah I know some hate it but oh well)
The way it starts just sets the mood for a soy thriller.

I miss James Bond so much. I sincerely hope NO TIME TO DIE doesn't get delayed yet again, because it's been too long since I sat in a theater and enjoyed a 007 adventure. Remember seeing this one on opening day, going straight from work to the theater.

IMO one of the best Bond songs ever. It can be fairly compared to Goldfinger. It's catchy, no mention that U2 is behind the song, the arrangements keep the song in a good old Bond style, and finally, Tina looks gorgeous, but even better is her voice. It fits in a unbeatable manner in this style.Therefore when you hear Adelle's Skyfall you just wanna shout your ears.

You know that two of those 007 movies you mentioned were written with Dalton in mind. "License to Kill" and "Goldeneye." Would have loved seeing him on "Goldeneye" as Bond.
