Hi! Today I became a user and found out from support that credits are only needed for generating your characters and background (available in the PRO version). 1 credit = 1 image. Credits do not renew monthly and their balance does not expire. They can be purchased: $17 = 1000 credits or $27 = unlimited for a month. There is no limit on video duration.

Hey fellow viewers...I contacted them on their site and they immediately responded and explained it to me: When you buy, you own it and can create unlimited videos. All the included doodles already in the system - you can use them to create unlimited videos. You can even use your own images too unlimited use. Only when you need a new element created, it costs AI credits. You get 150 credits to start, and can buy more if/when you run out. Hope this helps! ~Ken
