just bought this gadget after reading many reviews, for years I was scared to use a pressure cooker, like you I remember the monster it was, I followed this recipe for paella, I was sceptical, fresh paella in 10 minutes? my husband said "no way" follow the prompted on-screen messages, closed the lid, I barely had time to wash up the ingredients bowls, 10 minutes the meal was done, tender chicken, tender chorizo, tender rice, I put king prawns in mine, tender prawns, we had a bowl, omg so delicious, I'm never going slave over a hob boiling again.
if you can afford it buy one, this is a great piece of kit, time saving, brilliant! Thanks for the advice and posting the video Vikkie.

If you put the fish in , do you put it in with the rest of the ingredients

Vikki can I ask how your inner pot is looking now ... I have been a bit scared of using fry light in mine since it’s ruined a few pans and my air fryer ?

Reason why it ruins pans, it's because its been used on high temperature. Lower the heat and it shouldn't do it again. Frylight is only suitable for gentle cooking.

And the advantage over a good saute pan is ............?

.... it takes 10 minutes instead of 50 minutes. No pot watching. You can focus on other things while it's cooking.
