This was really helpful for learning how to manually set my Apple Watch sleep mode for times where I don’t go to bed exactly on schedule. Thank you so much!
I happen to notice you forgot to turn on your screen recording before you got to that page where it shows how to do it I don’t know how to get there from the main screen
I didn’t understand what you meant by take your watch and phone of sleep mode is that the bed icon thing I wanted to make sure I just started using the app lolz
This is very helpful! thanks! So with an apple watch, now I don't have to press the sleep button (and put my snorlax into sleep)in the Pokemon sleep app? I've had enough of iphone battery dropping drastically during my sleep while the app still running in the background...
So you get research and pokemon with the Plus plus but not the watch? I thought I was doing something wrong but it seems intended. Edit: Never mind I was doing it wrong.
It would depend on the model you have. When the Apple Watch is in Sleep mode it uses the battery much slower. For example I have the newest one and if it’s charged to 100% I usually wake up and it’s at 80% after 8 hours. Hope this helps! 🙂
@@nuclearpistachio Pretty much like what I did in the video I’ve been using both. And it really depends on the situation. If y out want a more accurate sleep log then definitely the Apple Watch. But if you’re looking for specific sleep styles and start it an hour before sleeping then use the Go Plus. But overall? Probably my watch. 🙂
I saw in Apple Health that Pokémon Sleep can both read and write sleep data. If one were to track their sleep (either thru the app itself or using the Go Plus+) but no watch, does it actually feed the sleep data back into Apple? If so, I may consider buying the go plus+. I already have an Apple Watch, but I don’t normally wear it while sleeping.
So I went back to older sleep data where I know I didn’t track using my watch or phone and it looks like the Pokemon Go Plus+ did track and it was entered into the Health App. Like in the info it says as long as the data had “wave” data it can be tracked into the app and vice versa. I hope I answered your question! 🙂
I use the go plus plus since I was gifted one last Christmas. Thank you for posting. Hubby was willing to try on his watch so we can be research buddies.
do you know a way to connect mibands to pokemon sleep via mi fit+health connect,+samsung health? I've tried everything. I can't play it anymore bc I'm always sleeping before I can make acess the app... My miband would save me a lot.
Unfortunately no. I’m sorry…. Have you tried reaching out to customer support? They could probably help you out! I’ll definitely let you know if I learn anything. 🙂
