    When things change quietly. The practice has a clear sound. We appreciate this very much. This means we gravitate around chakra five. The practice is of the other two chakra Asana from sliding scale. We can change position in our practice. But until the achievements for the gravity of Chakra five are unlocked qe cannot change our practice.
    Thats where we are. Where you are in the siding scale could be different very soon. The traveling practice! Better for traveling together so you and me get there sooner.

    Pulled spine coming out of universal Asana pose ? The pain comes form a very small place? The swelling is huge? Shrink the pain in the front body until you sit with your eyes on nothing but fear. Grow giant the distension of the back body until you sense nothing but your own back. Allow your back to be the point of concentration where , when your front body focus begins to return you can recognize the shrinking power of size. Try inhaling here? Do not try exhale until you feel the hips can wiggle in your seat but without moving chin nor neck. That way, the spine can convulse with the breath. Find your new size and breathe into that.
