Woke up at 37 minutes in a crazy dream. A dream within a dream. Couldn't seem to get out of it. My husband was kinda shaking me awake, and then n asked me "what are you listening to? I don't know what I said, but put the headphones, and had crazy vivid dreams all night. Love this channel.

Tuve un sueño lúcido ayer con este vídeo brutal, fue el 2 que he tenido en mi vida y desperté en un jardín precioso, quise que apareciera una chica pero de la manera que lo dije no fue correcta ya que fue despectiva y no apareció e incluso vi borroso por un momento, me levanté y comencé a caminar y decidí volar dije “ quiero volar “ y de repente empecé a volar y a controlar el vuelo con mi respiración hasta que llegue a una fachada donde habían unos monstruitos y ahí me empeze a poner un poco nervioso y se me agitó la respiración y volví a la normalidad, abrí los ojos y dije “ Que flipada de sueño” estaba muy emocionado por todas las sensaciones que había tenido dentro del sueño y después a la mañana siguiente que ha sido hoy me he sentido súper bien tanto fisica como mentalmente, he sentido una liberación brutal.

Spooky isn't a prob ,, better actually ,, also not little drum beats going from one ear to the other ,, puts me right of ,, stereo is fine ,, but side shooting to other side don't work ,, fortunately I've. Mentioned it before ( you don't tend to do this) ,, ive walked around my house ,, even sat in the garden on your beats ,, while I'm still in bed of course ,, wish I had saved them ,, love peace and regards x

Will this type ambient sound help with having better dreams ? I've found in the last few weeks my dreams have become more intense , and sometimes a little weird as to the nature of the dream . It feels like my dreams are sometimes real and I can only remember what has happened for an hour or two after waking up! .

I need help. I had a dream just now where I literally knew I was in a dream, kept telling myself I was dreaming, even told myself I wanted to look for a clock to make sure, and even said “okay I want to fly now”. But I couldn’t raise my arms up and start flying or even necessarily controlling the dream. I was just consciously there, but couldn’t control my moment. How do I start doing what I want to do in my dream like I would in real life?
Don't know if this will make sense, but don't freak out when you start lucid dreaming. In my experience, if you overthink it and try too hard, it either won't work and/or you'll start to wake up. Just practice getting to that point and instead of flying, try just gliding along the ground. Good luck!
try grounding yourself in your dream (spinning around usually works for me) and once you’ve done that just sorta go with the flow of things, keeping in mind that youre dreaming. after a bit youll either realize youre in control or the natural flow of things will let you do whatever you want in my experience
A week late, but Usually I start by getting a grasp on the console. Start with moving your toes/feet (in the dream) then lift your legs/thighs, then back, torso, shoulders, hands, head, until you’re more in your transient self than you are in your physical self.
Do a few field tests where you practice the feeling of floating, walking, jogging, etc. just play around with your avatar. Hope this helps.

At least I think I am. Cause when I wake up my body is sore. Like I've been beat.
