I’ve listened to this a few times now. The first time I kind of had an out of body experience but was unable to fully connect/witness my trip. The other times I could feel my body levitating & a vibrant feeling set in throughout while I was asleep but fully aware at the same time. Best feeling ever. I’ll try again today.

I've started doing reality checks throughout the day. Not looking at a clock, looking away, then looking again or anything like that. I just slap the back of my hand every so often. If it hurts, I know I'm awake. In my most recent dream i did that. Bam, lucidity

I didn't know it's working, but I turned it on at night and had very strong, vivid dreams. I didn't take control of them, but they were nice and colorful. I slept very well and woke up feeling relaxed 😌

I dreamed that I was in a convent of nuns with all my friends, but we had something special and that is that my friend from when I was little and I were really demons. What a marvel, often a great film that realistically I would classify it for adults.

Just came back 28:55 and lucid dream I’ll say this wasn’t a good experience but wasn’t bad I was a little to aware off rip but it’s because I don’t do this everyday I use to but now I just let it happen when I lucid dream I don’t plan it but I was very aware of my hands pain n the time I would see 6 fingers den it would go to like 3 no pain at all and then I check the time it said 7 o clock but then it wouldn’t show no time after that I rmb trying to wake up but I couldn’t that’s the first time that’s happened I think that’s what tripped me out

Just came back 28:55 and lucid dream I’ll say this wasn’t a good experience but wasn’t bad I was a little to aware off rip but it’s because I don’t do this everyday I use to but now I just let it happen when I lucid dream I don’t plan it but I was very aware of my hands pain n the time I would see 6 fingers den it would go to like 3 no pain at all and then I check the time it said 7 o clock but then it wouldn’t show no time after that I rmb trying to wake up but I couldn’t that’s the first time that’s happened I think that’s what tripped me out
