The argument could easily just be restated as, "Oxygen is required for non-anaerobic life." Tell me, what do you think of the argument this was being used for? Or did you not actually pay attention to that and just focus on nitpicking?

This guy is a joke. He literally says that "you're allowed to disagree with me," his proof for God is that God "unambiguously reveals himself in the world around us," but that anyone who says it's not unambiguous at all is just lying and evasive.
Talk about poisoning the well. He's never met an honest atheist because he's predecided that theism is the only honest belief. And then in not surprising irony he special pleads, allows no one any nuance, straw mans, and burden shifts all over the place.
Darth is just too cute when he needs to have mod powers to have these conversations. He's easily triggered by people not playing within his framework.

Atheism original meaning wasnt “there are no gods”. It was simply a label used for ones who didn’t worship any gods in rome or greece (dont remember which off hand).

Im surprised DD has become more popular than that dude Shockofgod who used to always ask for “the evidence that atheism is accurate and correct” lol. Honestly they’re not that different the way they conduct themselves. DD’s role isn’t to provide any evidence for god, it’s just to lure and bait atheists just so he can mute and or block them. Its like he’s got a never-ending hurt ego because Dillahunty won’t talk to him, so now he wants his own show, where he can mute people.
If the bible is true and everyone must live by it, why is it only 'inteligent' people can understand what it all means? If the bible was meant to be followed by everyone, surely it would be written without having to interpret anything, everything would be plain and easy to understand?
I've been raising this issue SEVERAL times in the comments of Darth Dawkins TH-cam videos. Darth Dawkins' thesis is:
*"I'm so smart that I've philosophically/rhetorically proved God and the Christian Presuppositionalist world view. If YOU aren't smart enough to understand and agree with my reasoning then YOU reject God and choose to go to Hell."*
Unfortunately, nowhere does it say that Christianity, Heaven, or being with God in the afterlife is only for the smartest, wisest, or most intelligent people. If the _unintelligent_ or below average person -- let alone the average person -- cannot comprehend this, then I'm afraid it's useless!
Atheist simply means that I don't believe in any of the gods that you don't believe in and I go one further why well if we're honest it's because of the lack of evidence to suggest that a God exists or is required

Anyone can define atheism however they want. It won't matter when discussing worldviews, since atheism isn't a worldview.
Every atheist affirms that any non-theistic worldview is true. And each atheist has just as much of a burden to defend his specific non-theistic worldview as his theistic opponent does to defend his specific theistic worldview.

He is either completely deluded or dishonest. To claim that, without exception, every atheist he has "engaged" with has been dishonest and/or deceptive. I would like to debate him but I bet he would never debate with a moderator.
We all want to show him what's what, but there's no point really. He is inherently dishonest and disingenuous about wanting to have a civil conversation. He only exists to humiliate others and no amount of reasoning will get him to ever concede to anything.
It's very unsatisfying, I know, but ignoring a narcissist is the best way to defeat them. They feed off any attention, and sadly a train wreck like Darth gets a lot of it.

Atheism is not a proposition or a positive claim. It is just a stance toward the proposition that God exists. It is highly idiotic to ask someone to defend the disbelief on an invisible pink unicorn that has never proven to exist in our reality.
To me it is very simple.
You say: God exists.
I Say: Prove it.
You say some philosophical gibberish.
I say: I don't believe you.

He's inherently dishonest. He will tell you what your position is, tell you what your intentions are, and proceed to insult you the second you attempt to correct him. He's a very sick person; a completely broken man with a sad meaningless life.

It's interesting that when asked to weigh an ethical issue- whether it's OK to eat animals- Darth quotes the Bible. This means that he, as a Christian, is disowning any ethical responsibility for his choices of action. Of course, one would assume that in practice he does make such choices, which means that he doesn't concern himself with ethics at all.

Not worthy of discussion like God in science. There's no God theory but there's the theory of gravity and the theory of evolution which are things that actually affect the world we live in.

A method we have at our disposal that helps us understand the chemical concoction that birthed everything we have, can or ever will experience. I said if a god did exist the major religions are certainly not the way to that God which is evident by the divisive and conflicting stories that leave people stumbling through the dark looking for a black cat they can't see and likely isn't there.

Necessarily true is "better" than a provisional conclusion.
Science is a good method for determining the most likely conclusion within certain limits (science has limits), but that's ONLY if you've first determined what the correct worldview to interpret science through is first.
So, by any standard, science is not "the best" method for determining truth. It's completely dependent upon having the correct philosophical worldview first. And its only possible to determine what the correct philosophical worldview is with logical deduction.
So, logical deduction is the best method for determining truth.
Science is secondary to that.
