Thanks for this, again I'm glad I found your channel :)
I've been to my first area meeting now and it was so wonderful to experience!
Have your read Craig Barnett's book Quaker renewal? I've been really enjoying the questions posed In that.
Please do continue this series I think it could be really helpful!
    Thanks!

I haven't read that book, but thank you for the recommendation!
I am uploading the third episode today or tomorrow depending on how much time I have...

Oh, good reminder. I missed meeting today, but at least got to keep on the A&Q. In the Canadian Yearly Faith & Practice they're chapter 6 lol

Thanks for watching! Glad it was useful. Interesting, what does Canadian Faith and Practice start with?

    Hello from Philadelphia Yearly Meeting!
I like to think of Faith & Practice as more of a Quaker Handbook, or a guide.

Absolutely, like I have all Quakers past in my hand, sharing with me their wisdom 🕯️

The Advice and Queries reading starts at 9:00 , if that's any help for someone who has less time?

Thanks for this! I sit with a conservative Quaker Meeting each week, and they have the lovely practice of an elder standing and reading one of the advices toward the close of each MFW. I always look forward to the advice, and they frequently stay with me for days afterwards as something to reflect on, journal about, or to share with others in conversation during the week. 🌿🕊
(We always reflect on a query during our meetings for worship and business, and that is also a practice that I look forward to each month.) 🕊🌿
