PGURU: This is not a difficult to prove and prosecute if Rahul has acquired British passport. These are three years old claims and no actions by the PM Modi government or by the CBI or by Supreme Court? Why? May be Rahul and Sonia know that PM Modi can not hurt them or the British government is not ready to declare that Rahul is the documented British citizen. But at least the Indian government can ask Rahul and all current elected politicians to declare under oath, that they have never claim or acquired any other nations citizenship.
It means there is no substantial proof with the government and all these are mere allegations
