Pile 1 is my current full time boss who I share a good work rapport with. I am six months older than him so we speak the same language so to speak. Sadly I'm leaving because the benefits cannot fit my lifestyle but I do wish him the best. Pile 3 for my part time banquet server job where the female older manager constantly team up with the captain to put me down for things others can get away with. On many occasions booking clients would approach me before her to ask stuff related to her job, as if I am the in charge and I'd have to lead them to her and she's there to see it. Many times. They bully me in the service hall but out in the ballroom? Guests show their affection, even tip me when it is unnecessary. She's not used to managing someone like me but it is stupeed. If I wanted her job I would apply for that. I just want the fast cash. If she stayed nice I'd stay. As of now I've ghosted her and ignored her messages. She pretends to be nice but I get the bad vibe from her. The whole team is drama drama drama! And yes despite that I keep it professional and ignore their immature antics. I've never intended to upstage her, in fact I was grateful she offered me this job that I wanted to do the best as you said I give my 101% to make her look good to her bosses. It is crazy. She knows I work full time elsewhere and so what if her bosses like me? I wouldn't take over her place. It is one thing if my peer colleagues are jealous of me because we do the same tasks but her...? How am I better than her I'm not the one delegating jobs or taking bookings etc. I tolerated all the discord but as of the last issue where they sided with another colleague who s/harassed me I threw in the apron.
