Well technically correct me if i am wrong deku been dead 30 years then you add on 15 thats would make him technically 45 meaning he be the same age as enji if he hasnt died and a few years younger then allmight meaning that all 3 was in school together when they are first years then allmight be a third year then you add in that in canon that aizawa and mic are technically in their 30s oboro died at 15 and 15vyears later would make aizawa, oboro and mic 30 in canon
Also when you hit 18 ages no longer matter say if deku is 18 he can be with anyone over 18 that is completely legal on other hand its illegal for a 17 year old to be with a 18 or 21 year old and in the olden days children as young as 13 was married off to adults
