It also shouldn't have a 100% success rate because it doesn't in real life, you also should have to be sort of like a PIT maneuver where you have to follow them for a second or two for it to really work
Personally, I think you and all the other people who say the grappler is OP should sit back and cope while you drive off in your Bugatti and other supercars while the fastest thing the cops have is the corvette, criminals have been OP since the start of the game and you grinders are just getting mad because things are starting to get fair

I've found that the Ford F-150 Lightning is the best at offroading as it has the same ground clearence as the Bronco but much higher horsepower and torque. The weight of it also stops it from flipping over on the corners

If you ever do something like this again with the decoys the officers could easily look at you lisence plate and know if it’s a decoys or not becuase all the decoys have a different lisence plate just go to the mod shot and change your lisence plate so they don’t cheat :D
How I always escape when I’m wanted is I go to the off reading trail at high rock and there is a little cava and it lead to mine carts which u can actually use

OMB how would you feel if they revamped the PIT system? e.g. did more damage to the criminal's car, kept them stopped for longer than 3m seconds, and actually made them swerve?
I don't think it's too OP, considering you could previously get out of most situations as criminal without much of a challenge. Cops still have to chase you for a while before they can actually grapple you.
@@Diherd2 I'm not talking about turns. A criminal can do a 180 using the handbrake, which the police cannot, no matter how you look at it. Considering you have to be chasing a criminal for a while before you can grapple them, criminals that do 180s with the handbrake the right way cannot be caught.
Grappler is mid. Hitbox is small and it’s extremely inconsistent. It does have the plus of one shotting, though, because pit maneuver can take multiple hits to set a car on fire, but sometimes you can get a really nice pit and send someone into a river.
This feature is just abused to much. Its good but to OP. It makes it harder to make money in public servers. Because cops drive with the grappler down all the time I was in a public server for around 3 hours as a criminal and i got grappeled around 15 times They just come up to you and if it hooks the cuff rush you. So sad that cuff rushers ruin the game😔

The license plate on the bronco OMB was in for decoys, it was different form the others which would be easy to spot and pick out from others.

that was the point, they needed to be differenciated from a short distance but not from a long distance
I use the taurus which has quick acceleration, so this will be very useful in getting in and stopping them before they can out top speed
