....skarrow why did u go on a whole side tangent about under aged anime girls? I understand you dont want to see that in the game but uh im not seeing that currently. Im fairly certain bungie has like "Do not pass go, do not collect $200" sort of rule in place for that with this game even if they dont have a huge say so about it.
The 2 possibilities are that it sucks and it's just an unfortunate waste of time and money, or its amazing and NetEase is better at making destiny than bungie is. Either option is depressing to think about.
Every netease game is ok at best, and if the games is as horribly monetized as most of their games. You bet some of that will go into the main destiny game.
Certain characters are only limited to what weapons they can equip so if you wanted to play the character wolf, yep autos and grande launchers unfortunately no scouts, no snipers just autos and grenade launchers. Thats my only gripe with it, it might get boring quickly.
My only gripe with it is that characters like wolf can only equip auto rifles and grenade launchers, so no snipers etc. so I feel like characters would get boring real quick if you don’t like their kit.
The lore and story possibilities are all the things the community has mentioned. Iron lords. Kabr and his fire team in VoG. Drifter history. Ikoras legendary run in the crucible. Eris before her light loss. Old Chicago. Elsie. Also if you read comic books this just could do well enough to get folded into our Destiny universe currently.
Payment is 100% lootboxes for weapon rarities and to unlock player characters. There's no personal Guardian, you pick a premade character and each have their own storylines apparently.
People are gonna be mad at anything mobile in the west out of habit and high end gaming superiority. Still while not realizing that mobile games have evolved but still treating them as if we are still on angry birds era. Personally i think this is awesome and if its convenient to me i am gonna play Mobile more
Skarrow is objectively wrong, if the money aspect of the mobile destiny does well it will go in some apect into the main destiny game. Most netease games are ok at best, also his point of not the target audience of the game is overall moronic and shows his lack of understanding of the business. Also comparing blackmyth wukong is out of place given the comparison has nothing in common with the subject.
@@hooky17 it has nothing to do with having am agreement if you know how business works. Bungie doesn't need permission to add more microtransactions if they see them do well on the mobile version of their own game, this is common sense. Tell me, do you belive that won't happen? Even after the eververse keeps getting more content than the actual things that we pay for. Also never said that the money will go to the main game, i said that the way the monetize it will. Look at call of duty and what that has done to warzone. Both games being free to play D2 included.
@@Danil_JRK what are you talking about dude? Mobile and console/PC are completely different with completely different business models and player behaviours. Go and look at the ABK deal and see the difference with how much King makes over ActiBlizz. It’s not as simple as “oh they do it on mobile so they’re going to do it on the main game” because buyer behaviour in mobile is completely different. And given I’m a developer who works on these things I do have reasonable understanding thank you. Either way. You can’t called someone’s opinion “objectively wrong” if you then just replace it with your own subjective opinion. That’s my point. The mobile version of Call of Duty didn’t change anything about the main game. MTX were always the business model for Warzone from the start. Same with Diablo Immortal

I hope this doesn't become like Apex Mobile

Why so black and white? It could still be good just not d2 good and that's completely fine. If it brings new life to the franchise I'm all for it

There's actually 0% chance you can straight up buy weapons here. The whole premise of the game is to get better weapons

The second they said mystic weapons, my mind went straight to loot boxes and pay to win rarity tiers 🤣.
Well it's netease u already know there gonna screw it up
Mara sov summer bikini skin is gonna ruin me
Destiny Shadow Legends - pay to win yea

I like how this is such an aggressively worded comment, but the first lines don't even make sense 😭.
"Objectively" would imply that you know the exact terms of this arrangement. How can you say "objectively" that the money goes in to the main game?
