      K.P.D that’s not true .. u’ll have to do some postpartum exercises n ur body vagina will be as good as it was before pregnancy

      priyadarshinii A.M donot force ur body to do any exercise do as much as u can... u can start walking for now, walk as much as u can.. u will have a walking delivery (trust me i did n had a very normal delivery as it can get) wait for another 3 weeks before preparing urself for labour

    23wk and 5 days with twins. I have had other babies but pushing one after the other will be interesting. I have tried walking and stretching in my second trimester, I will continue into my third trimester

      I had to roll to my left side and use my hands to and lift my body up. I wasn't going to try get up while laying on my back.

    I couldn't workout my whole pregnancy, motion sickness, rapid heart rate and being sick. I hate it when other women are insensitive to other women who are sick and have complications during pregnancy, not all pregnancies are the same.

    Just did 10min fast pace walk and ended up with these exercise. I hold on to our stair rails to do the first one, the deep squat. After I did these exercise I had a little water running down my leg. I'm 7months pregnant and my next Dr appointment in two days. I should just wait and ask my Dr if is ok for me to these at 7 months.lol or wait till close to my due date.

      Im not a kid and also no offense, I saw this video when I was almost full 9 months pregnant and concerned if that would be too difficult or painful and also wanted to make sure that she's okay doing this..     thanks but i won't recommend full squat for 3rd trimester (esp for women who have already or naturally flexible pelvis). I made this mistake and am now diagnosed with SPD - I can't even walk now with a severely inflamed pelvis. And I have to live with this till I deliver.

    Plz....don't do this exercise....only just walking is good for normal delivery...
    & Some chores.....
    I made mistake...& I had c-,, section...bcoz of water leaking...though all r normal conditions....that's make ma cry....

    Um I’m at the end of my 2nd trimester and would hate being on my back that long. It’s too much upward pressure on my stomach and that plus reduced return blood flow makes me feel queezy.

      But one should not, it prevents flowing the right amount of blood and oxygen to your baby due to the pressure created by lying on this position.
      I prefer and am comfortable to lay on left side of my arm.

      Koyel Vlogs actually, if you are talking about vena cava syndrome, you can immediately feel if you compress it by getting dizzy, and then the baby feels it too, but it’s mostly not the case.

    First you should avoid talking less, I had to skip through the talking to get to the only 2 workouts. Also, it's almost impossible and really painful to do workouts on your back no wonder the mother to be looked in pain.

      If you read your comment you're literally telling her to talk more. You're saying "you should avoid talking less" which means she should talk more. It's all math two negatives make a positive.
