Yeosang (controlled his feelings), Wooyoung (might have been unintentionally ignorant) and San (might feel guilty/have thought for "intruding" in a friendship) were all in a difficult place in that situation. Wooyoung and Yeosang moment were really a serious but fun one. I can totally relate. Misunderstanding is a big thing and glad it was solved. Hongjoong really did a good job clearing it out for them. When Wooyoung said Yeosang was the only reason he joined KQ and when Yeosang said he controls his emotion to Wooyoung for the team, this is the most awesome friendship I have seen. They understand each other and take account for what they do as well. The team really balance each other so well. Also to those saying Yeosang was possessive, what the heck is wrong with you. He totally handled it so well and tried his best to get along with the team members. I mean who wouldn't be sad if your long time friend sometimes ignored you(be it unintentionally) but he really was mature to handle it well.
Seeing the whole woosansang situation mde me so sad. Being a woosan enthusiast I realized that they did hang out a lot and yeosang must've felt so lonely but when yeosang said that he intentionally distanced himself (which btw is not wrong at all cuz the man wanted to adjust in between people and make friends) wooyoung didn't really have much of a choice than to get close to someone who had the same interests as him (and which later turned out to be san). But I'm so glad they talked about it. Poor san must've felt guilty. Even wooyoung at some point seemed like he was about to cry. WooSanSang forever!!

You know things get a bit suspish when at 40:25 seonghwa and hongjong look at yeosang right after mingi suggested something. I think they thought maybe there something YS would want to talk about since knowing the fact that he wont say anything off camera. But its funny that YS got a lot of hate comment due to his ‘possessiveness’ when he is not actually the one who started it all. Its wooyoung that express his feeling towards YS. I feel that people misunderstood YS so bad that the situation need to be clarified. Plus San is not interfering with anything, he just really fond of wooyoung bcause WY is the first person San can open up to considering San as an introvert himself. Damn they really spilt their raw feelings here. I think this is the first time since being a kpop fan that i have seen an idol be truly honest in a vlive 😭 woosan's energy in this vlive was kinda weird even from the beginning lol. I really like seonghwa's conclusion at the end though, he has such a way with words. Also, Mingi's letter to wooyoung was so unexpected and really sweet 😆
Hongjoon is leader for a reason. You can tell he honestly wants to help Yeosang sort this out and -Mingi and Seonghwa too. However, we're not talking about Jongho enough. He looks like he genuinely cares about what Yeosang is feeling. It started with that knowing smile at 47:30 and then 48:04 and 48:32. He's watching him when he gets up and leaves at 53:57 too. I don't know what to think about all of this but I'm happy Hoongjoon, Hwa, Jongho and Mingi supported Yeosang then. San too. As much as he was probably confused and upset, he took Yeosang's side. It really broke me when he said the three of them can play together and woo and yeosang didn't respond. PS: I know I'm super late and I'm not going to pry into their personal lives; its theirs. We cannot judge a situation like Wooyoung and Yeosang's even if we feel somehow identified with it. With this vlive we can notice that not even all of them know exactly what's going on, and whatever their reasons are they often choose not to share certain things with each other.
i love all the duos, trios, and groups in ateez. personally, woosan is what got me into ateez. they seemed to be the closest in my opinion. then i found out about yeosang and woo and i enjoyed that duo as well. along with yeo and san. they really do all try to spend time together equally or at least include the others. still, woosan has a special place in my heart. they might not have known each other the longest, but they really do have a great friendship. yeowoo is nothing to laugh at either. people don’t understand how hard it is to remain friends with someone for more than 6 years. it’s natural for them to be jealous. i’m a very jealous person and i don’t like sharing my friends either. i can put myself in all of their shoes easily. i feel bad for yeosang because wooyoung joined the group because of him and in the beginning, they kept their friendship on the low because they didn’t want the other members to feel threatened so they distanced themselves a bit and wooyoung got closer to san, spent most of his time with san, and went to san every chance he had. of course he’d feel jealous. i feel bad for san because it’s not his fault him and wooyoung got close, people love seeing them together, they’re the most popular, and most people think they’re soulmates. i can’t imagine how difficult it must’ve been for him to think he was breaking up a friendship and to feel like he has to compete with 6 years worth of a friendship. he seriously looked like he felt guilty and it was breaking my heart. the whole vlive i wanted to give him a hug. wooyoung is his closest friend in the group and what’s wrong with that? he loves them all, and has no problem making that known. it brings me joy to know that 2 years later, he’s doing better than ever. i feel bad for wooyoung because of his personality, he often gets close to other people easily (as the other members have said). i remember hongjoong specifically saying that “the members are as close as they are because of woo’s personality.” also seonghwa said that “it’s hard not to love wooyoung and he knows it.” and it’s absolutely true. he gets along with everyone, he’s respectful, he’s funny, and he’s seriously kind. him and yeosang have known eachother the longest, but him and san are the most popular. he seriously tries to love all the members and remind them they’re loved the best that he can and that’s why they all want his attention and get easily jealous. people joke around about how he’s the main character of ateez but he seriously is. everyone, and i mean everyone in ateez wants his attention. some more than others but it’s easy for them to get jealous of woo showing his affection for different members. he’s a sweet boy and i’m so so so so happy he can be himself. i love this group and i’m glad i found them all. i’m also grateful they overcame this difficulty and it makes me so genuinely happy to see them all together in 2021 and i hope to see more in 2022. this is the first group where i don’t have a bias. seriously my first experience with “ot8”. i could go on and on about how much i love them all, but i won’t. i hope they all stay safe and happy and i look forward to everything they bring in 2022.

@@EvaImam What sincerity has to do with it? They're quite young here and that's it. These feelings are common at this age. Yeosang doesn't open up easily and it's in his nature. He doesn't do it on purpose. That doesn't make him less sincere. The probable reason is he thinks he might be interfering in other's life. Introverts like him won't tell you things easily bcoz they don't want you to be burdened by their stuff. He even hid his mom's surgery news from his members and took it all upon him. It's not like he doesn't care about them, he do that bcoz he love them and is considerate of how others might feel.
@@YoursTAngel i understand completely how yeosang feels because i felt it the same way, he was probably reluctant in the first place to talk to wooyoung about it because he feels like its not his place and he probably didnt want anything to change or go out of hand too much. also as an introvert its harder to make friends, for people like wooyoung everyone immediately wants to be friends but for introverts it becomes harder and therefore its more likely that wooyoung has many close friends. this is the same exact dynamic my friend and i have, her as wooyoung and me as yeosang. she feels more comfortable showing emotion than me and seems like she has way more close friends than i do since its harder for me to open up to people than it is for her.

I became a fan recently even though i knew ateez since say my name era and I'm watching this for the first time after finding out about letters I kinda think both yeosang and San looked kinda sad and on the verge of crying dont know why.I can't tell if it was because he was feeling guilty or not and it seems that maybe they had a little argument not like fighting but one of those in which you get upset over someone's actions and then you find out it was two sided things and San seems like a person who cares about others a lot so maybe he understood how bottled up yeosang was and it made him sad too?and in yeosang's situation I wasn't in his shoes but I kinda understand how he felt I used to be so sensitive especially when I was in new environments and if my only friend left me to be closer to another person it made me so sad and depressed to the point of crying even though it's not the friend's fault and I know now they're all close and I think they have taken care of it soon after the live cause these kind of misunderstandings can be cleared up soon I just kinda have fun watching people and their honest behavior and I thought it was one of those lives in which they were the most honest with their feelings and weren't acting happy and all for fake

True. Though it's a private matter, I think they trusted us enough to talk about it? And I'm really upset about the hate some members got because of this. It's because of toxic fans that idols can't be honest about their relationships with members and stuff like that. Wooyoung and Yeosang moment were really a serious but fun one. I can totally relate. Misunderstanding is a big thing and glad it was solved. Hongjoong really did a good job clearing it out for them. When Wooyoung said Yeosang was the only reason he joined KQ and when Yeosang said he controls his emotion to Wooyoung for the team, this is the most awesome friendship I have seen. They understand each other and take account for what they do as well. The team really balance each other so well.
Also to those saying Yeosang was possessive, what the heck is wrong with you. He totally handled it so well and tried his best to get along with the team members. I mean who wouldn't be sad if your long time friend sometimes ignored you(be it unintentionally) but he really was mature to handle it well.

Seeing the whole woosansang situation mde me so sad. Being a woosan enthusiast I realized that they did hang out a lot and yeosang must've felt so lonely but when yeosang said that he intentionally distanced himself (which btw is not wrong at all cuz the man wanted to adjust in between people and make friends) wooyoung didn't really have much of a choice than to get close to someone who had the same interests as him (and which later turned out to be san). Introverts like him won't tell you things easily bcoz they don't want you to be burdened by their stuff. He even hid his mom's surgery news from his members and took it all upon him. It's not like he doesn't care about them, he do that bcoz he love them and is considerate of how others might feel.
